I graduated from Western New England College in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I studied Sport and Facility management and have also had internships with the college’s athletic department. I am an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer through American Fitness Professionals & Associates. I have been employed in the fitness industry for many years training others, as well as myself.

Through the years I have been able to train and see many different clubs (privately owned as well as national chains) around the country and take great things from each of them to make The CLUB the outstanding facility it is today. Our CLUB is the perfect place to get fit and be healthy whether you have been training for years or you are just looking to get started. We can put you on the path to a better you. The CLUB staff is dedicated to working personally with each individual as they come through the door, immediately creating an environment that is positively charged to help those individuals reach and exceed their fitness goals and dreams.
THE CLUB Retrospective
JUNE 2005 – The CLUB was open for business. One month later my father, successful business owner for over 15 years and IRONMAN Tri-Athlete, passed away suddenly. He was and always will be my inspiration and driving force to make The CLUB what it is today and he continues to give me the strength to push on. I have never met anyone more driven or self motivated than my father, and I thank him every day for what he has done for our family. When you walk in The CLUB on the right wall, you will see a beautiful painting of my father on his bike during competition, along with posters of all of his IRONMAN races he has completed.
