Joe Whiting
|

Joe has a background in personal training, step aerobics, kick boxing aerobics,
sports nutrition, CPR/AED, amateur body building competition and is certified in
80 countries around the world. He also specializes in post rehab & post injury
program building. Joe has successfully managed and consulted with many health clubs
from Florida to Connecticut. Joe has extensive education and experience working
with senior citizens as well as had great success working with & building exercise
and nutritional programs for athletes from middle school to professional levels.
Joe believes that everyone is valuable and should have the best quality of life
as possible. He also believes that one of the greatest feelings in life is to see
others achieve their goals & feel better about themselves. |

Jason Celozzi

Jason has over twelve years of experience and employment in gyms and fitness centers.
He is a Nationally Certified
Personal Trainer and Weight Room Trainer. As a State
and Local Championship High School Coach and Former Athlete Jason brings a passion
and experience to exercise and physical achievement. With 7 Years studying Physical
Therapy, Biology, Geology, Education from UCONN and SCSU, Jason is armed with the
science education combined with a Bachelor of Science degree plus Certification
to aid in his training. Jason currently works as Science Teacher in the Waterbury
Public School system. In his free
time Jason enjoys paintball, basketball, rugby
and of course, working out. Feel free to come and talk to him about your fitness
goals.

Nick DiLuggo |

Nick is a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer with over ten years of physical
training experience. Having served in the United States Army for ten years, Nick
possesses several invaluable qualities (e.g., discipline, commitment to excellence,
timeliness) that have helped make him an outstanding personal trainer. While in
the military, Nick was a three-time recipient of the Army’s Excellence in Physical
Fitness Award. As a Non-Commissioned Officer, Nick was primarily responsible for
the daily physical training regiment for as many as 40 soldiers. As a civilian,
Nick has a Bachelors Degree in History Education from Central Connecticut State
University; he currently works as a Social Studies Teacher in the Stamford Public
School system. Nick is also currently the Head Indoor and Outdoor Tack Coach at
an area high school. In his spare time, Nick is a competitive marathon runner, having
recently qualified for the world-famous Boston Marathon. Come down to the club and
