I enjoy working with anyone that wants to put in the hard work/effort to better themselves. There is nothing more gratifying then working with a client, seeing them push themselves to their limits every day they come in and then months later seeing them crush their goals!

Courtney is an ISSA certified trainer and she loves helping others get the body they have always wanted. Drawing from her experience as a swimmer in high school, where she has set numerous records, Courtney is able to incorporate strength training, weight training, and cardio into her clients’ workouts. Courtney believes that training with weights is extremely beneficial because you can build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Strength and weight training will build lean muscle which will help burn more calories. Courtney loves to attend fitness expos held throughout the state in order to improve her knowledge of both training and nutrition.
