Courtney is an ISSA certified trainer. She loves giving her clients the Transformation they need & want!! From her experience as a swimmer in high school, where she has set numerous records, Courtney is able to incorporate strength training, weight training, and HIIT into her clients’ workouts. Courtney believes that training weight training above all else extremely beneficial to build a strong base and grow from there! Strength and weight training will build lean muscle which will in turn help with weight loss! Courtney has run our Bootcamp now Large Group Training for 7 year and loves the team feel, setting up teams for 5k's, Spartans, Rugged Maniacs and more! Courtney has been on our training staff for over 8 years and loves the family the Club has built with its members and staff!
