Hi! I'm Nicole

Nicole began in high school playing varsity volleyball and as a track and field athlete at Woodland Regional High School, but she later found her passion for fitness after her pregnancy had her struggling to lose 50lbs of gained baby weight. It was through that hardship that she focused on educating herself to make.

After graduating from Post University with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management in 2012, she decided that teaching and helping others was truly her calling in life. Nicole began interning at Crossfit Oakville in 2014 and later became a full-time coach in 2015 and remained there until 2018. Nicole has gained some incredible knowledge under the programs and guidance of the previous coaches; who have all gone to run successful programs or facilities around the state, and she constantly strives to incorporate all facets of that knowledge in the program design and class execution to help any and all clients who look to her for guidance.
